Stay away from them. What they send you is totally different than the picture. It's not even Italian but Indian. Not custom made what so ever. They send you different quality different fabric. Only similar to the pattern in the pictures…. They don't communicate well with you. They avoid return. But I disputed. And I'm still waiting for my money. They send you whatever size they have. They send us some junk and very bad fabric and way off size. Nothing is right about them. They are just random people from India who trying to take your money. Pls be carful

My experience was overall okay, the suit arrived very quickly within a couple of weeks. Communication was good. The suit itself is very nice and the fit is perfect I really love it. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the hat that matches the suit it seems to be made of very poor quality, the fit is way too small and yes I measured my head to make sure I ordered the correct size but apparently it runs smaller than described. I did message back the site to see if someone could help me with a return or exchange but they basically replied stating that it was made according to my measurements and there was no error on their part which I completely understand, I wasn't blaming the company for making a faulty product I was simply trying to express my dissatisfaction with the hat and the poor quality fitment being too small for my head. I was simply requesting an exchange for the next bigger size which would be the XXL, and I could ship back this hat that I have now. The communication and customer service level of quality seems to be lacking a little bit in making me feel like they truly care about making sure I am happy with my experience with studiosuits. It is disappointing because this is for my wedding next year and I actually have 4 groomsmen who I was going to have order matching suits so we all match but now I am not so sure I would want to recommend them because it feels like once my order was shipped out and I had my product it's like no one seems to want to care to help or make things right for me. Again, I'm not saying it's your fault, just looking for someone to step up and do something to work with me to return this hat so I can have a proper fitting one.

I had really high hopes for my order but when it arrived the measurements were all wrong, and I even got my measurements from my tailor. I am a big guy but this thing fits like a clown suit. The pants are too large in the waist but not nearly long enough. The jacket fits my shoulders but is swimming in the chest and waist. It is a horrible mess and am going to end up spending hundreds more dollars for my tailor to fix it. I will say that the material is of a pretty good quality but as it is, it is totally unwearable. The invoice for the suit is somewhere in Karachi, India with no local customer service to call. If I don't get satisfaction soon I am planning on trashing this company to anyone who will listen.

Even though my tweed overcoat arrived speedily and was made according to the measurements I gave, that's where the good part of this review ends.
The lesson is, you get what you pay for. A lesson I should know by now and, based on my experience, one which potential customers of Studio Suits should heed. My coat was cheap and that's what it looks like. A cheap coat.
It hangs, and wears, in a sort of baggy shapeless square, looking made rather than tailored. I think this has a lot to do with the quality of the cloth. I'm sure it is Donegal Tweed as described, but it has none of the richness of texture normally associated with that material. It's thin, to be blunt.
Moreover, the lighter orange flecking in the brown that appeared so attractive in the Studio Suits advertising, turns out to be rather muted in actuality.
The overall impression is one of a dull thin shapeless brown. It's a janitor's coat, as my wife with fatal accuracy described it.
I shall wear it, as I have no grounds for returning it, but the coat is far from what I had been hoping for.
You get what you pay for, as I said, but on this basis I can't really recommend Studio Suits.

Realy i am very disappointed when i received the jACKETS, the sizes are not conformed on sizes that i order, in europe i wear 44R, and the jacket that i received doesnt fit with 44R europeen STANDARDS its 1 size smaller! I wear currently jackets from SCABAL or HARRIS TWEED BARRUTI AND 44 R is the right fitting for me;
I have also a stain on the fabric of my jacket...!

Doesn't fit and they don't appear to have a return policy. Waste of $150.
