I ordered a suit using one of the top Italian wool fabrics. I have used a different company previously for another suit which arrived rolled up into a ball and packed in a plastic bag! I was delighted that this suit came boxed and well presented, but you will need it pressing. If you budget an extra £30-50 for minor alterations you won't be disappointed. To be fair, the alterations needed on this occasion were due to my measuring! Overall extremely happy with my purchase.

This time my order went through smoothly, trousers and shirt made very quickly. However a mistake was made on the shipping address despite it being used before which led to the package taking nearly three weeks (not one week) to arrive as it was bounced around the UK by the courier. While the courier should have noticed this issue it would not have happened if the address label had been checked.
When the parcel arrived the trousers were fantastic, lovely weight and well made.

I've had the opportunity to get suits made all over the world; Thailand, Hong Kong, London, Italy and North America. You can always spend $2000 to $4000 on a quality hand-made suit but if you wear your suits for work every day, that can be a hard pill to swallow. I've had several suits, pants and shirts made from Studiosuits over the past few years and never have an issue. The biggest complaints you will see are about fit and that comes down to the person sending the measurements. If you don't know how to measure for a suit, go get your measurements done professionally by a tailor. As for the fabrics, they are top notch like Reda, Zegna and more. Stitching and finishes are what you would expect from a much more expensive suit. This team obviously has been doing this a while and they know what they are doing. Keep up the great work and don't worry about the negative reviews. In my humble opinion if you have problem with something the best way to solve it is reach out to the company directly, not post a negative review. Studiosuits like any company lives off their reputation and would go out of their way as they have for me to make it right if ever necessary.

I ordered a jacket off of their site. It was advertised as light tweed.

The fabric is heavier than any medium weight tweed jacket I've owned. More importantly, it came out of the shipping wrinkly and I've been unable to get the wrinkles out, even after having it pressed professionally. It's also cut very poorly, with big folds around the shoulder area. But for the other issues, I might have paid to try to have it tailored (although it was already almost $200 after taxes and shipping). But it just looks like a crusty rag.

I reached out to them about returning the jacket for the above reasons and they were very dismissive.

I ordered a custom-sized tweed jacket. After measuring myself, I submitted my measurements, selected the fabric and customized my jacket (buttons, pockets, flaps, etc.) My jacket arrived in a very well-wrapped and sturdy box, and I didn't have to wait very long. The jacket fit exactly as I had measured it! The quality seems to be excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
If I could suggest any improvements, the one thing I would like to see would be more detail about how to measure yourself for a jacket or suit. My jacket ended up being about 2-3 cm short, but this was because I'm not a tailor and wasn't sure how long I should make it. So in a sense, it was my own fault for making it too short. But it would help customers to have more detailed instructions for the measurements.
