Service was fast, the product was well made and, for the cost, far exceeded my expectations. I ordered two blazers. They sent one blazer first to confirm fit before sending the second. The first fit except that the sleeves needed to be shortened 1 1/4". I advised them in an email and the second arrived a couple of weeks later. It was a perfect fit. The jackets were linen and just be aware that they will need to be pressed after you receive them, but for $150 they are wonderful.

The measurement system works albeit very complex and laborious but your staff will then contact you if the measurements are out of standard according to them for further confirmation from the buyer and this is an excellent service because customers looking for tailor-made garments are demanding and must have a good memory of your services. However, being Italian I have some of my ideas on how to dress about many details that I understand are not easy to grasp for those who live far from Italy. The buttons on the sleeves of the jacket have only been sewn (only two buttons) without you having first made the buttonholes which instead are a "fundamental" quality detail in a prestigious jacket. You have declared that the fabrics are of an Italian factory but there is no label inside the jacket indicating the origin of the fabric which is instead mandatory in Europe even if the fabric was of good quality.

The jacket is not tailored correctly, it sticks out at the ulcer chests area in a way that looks ridiculous.

My first time buying, will comment after the purchase.

Never bought clothes online before and especially high-end clothes.It has been a very good experience for me with everything going well and I have become a repeat buyer already. I like to choose a product for the cart late at night when there are no distractions then look again in a few days to see if I still like it or can improve on it. You have an easy to use website and you can see what the finished article will look like. Very good Tailors I have started with a Tweed jacket and the first time I wore it out, I was complimented on being the most stylish dressed at the function and ever since have loved wearing it as the compliments continue. I ordered a suit and it was made incorrectly to the measurements I provided. I am unable to wear the suit because it is too small. Customer service would not take fault in their tailor making the suit incorrectly. Yes, they are a cheaper option but you will waste your money. I would highly advise you going to another company that will respect their customers to make sure that they are 100% satisfied with their product. Do not waste your money like it did. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Always tricky with having to give measurements but when found, the visual info was good. Don't forget the oldies --like me -- we don't always want today's sharp fashions with our old blunt bodies! Amazing range of fabrics. For shirts Classic cottons in ivory would be nice for shirts; and neck sizes were not given -- very important should one want to do up for wearing a tie; nothing worse than choking. When the shirt arrived (plain pink cotton) the fabric was fabulous and the collar was a good fit (I have fat neck, but short arms). The inner lining of the collar, however, was puckering a bit after the first wash; it could do with better. The suit however... well it was generally all too big. Now this is an understandable problem as it is up to the customer to supply these. They made them as was given, to be fair, and I wavered more on the large size as you can always reduce but never enlarge. I have had to have the suit 'taken in' at a cost of about half again. BUT! This is a fanatastic suit for the money; beautifully made and exceptional value for the money. My tailor here did question however, why a dark interlining was used on a virtually white linen suit. (And it is a nearly white natural linen - receiving sample cloth before hand would be a plus). Delivery time was very good considering being made from scratch. So what improvements to the service? Better 'self-measure' descriptions perhaps, shown in detail in a U-tube type video. Example: critical across the shoulders measure.

Would like a choice of shape i. E. not slim more classic fit. I am not as shapely as I used to be:-). My chest size is equal to my stomach size these days.

Sizing guide confusion. Units not displayed, assuming inches but hate to make assumptions like that. Better would be if the sizing guide allowed a choice of units and choice of whether one side or both for chest and stomach measurements.

A little concerned that the material is already showing signs of wear.
