I can't say enough about the great overall experience. They shipped out timely, kept me updated, and was one of the best made suites I have had.

Unfortunately my experience with Studio Suits was mediocre at best. After submitting carefully-taken measurements in accordance with the instructions, SS suggested that a "trial suit" was in order, as the Harris Tweed material for my suit was quite expensive and this was my first order with them. The trial suit arrived, and fit quite well except for some small alterations to the trousers. On receipt of the final, Harris Tweed suit, however, the fit was very poor, especially in the jacket... arguably the most important part. On contacting SS about the issue, I was told that the trial suit jacket and the finished suit jacket were made to the identical measurements... I try them both on and this is clearly not true. The finished jacket is at least an inch too long, and the shoulders are very sloppy with bulges of fabric at the back and an overall very poor fit. When you try on a jacket that fits well, it feels fantastic. This jacket is very disappointing. I've had to pay a considerable amount to my local tailor to fix the jacket (shorten the jacket overall, adjust the shoulders and then as a result adjust the sleeve length, and add some hand stitching to the inside front, so it doesn't curl outward just below the lapel). My wife has also had to make minor adjustments to the waistcoat. To add insult to injury, the remedy suggested by SS was for me to provide better measurements on my next order. The measurements were taken exactly as directed, and believe me, there will be no next order. Pity, as the idea is great, but execution is very, very poor.

I found Studio Suits while I was looking for tweed coat jackets for my wedding on September 10th, 2022. I refused to use a service like Men's Warehouse because the end product is typically a miss. While it was a little more difficult to organize, the end products were greatly enjoyed by everyone.

I was nervous about ordering a suit online but I was extremely satisfied with the end result. It fit really well and it was done sooner than expected.

My experience was great. I needed a suit for my wedding in short notice due to a tailoring mishap. Studiosuits customer service department heard my story and expedited my suit and I received it in time for my wedding!

There is a rust stain on the shirt, thankfully it's on the side of the collar that no one will see as we did not have time to send it back for a new one.

The customisation options are actually great but a top tip from me is for the trousers: find a pair you love and measure them too then compare with your body measurments.

I'm not blown away by overwhelming great service. We went with studiosuits because we wanted a particular color jacket, to go with a black shirt and pants. We were asked and then asked again after confirming if the measurements were from a real person. And the custom pants were still made too small.

Got a suit fits well overall I am satisfied with my purchase

Ordered a suit for a wedding that I am in. Was measured by a seamstress. Pants fit perfect. Jacket was way too small. Had the seamstress measure jacket and we figured out the back, arm length and chest was shorter than the measurements I sent in. Emailed back and forth with studiosuits. They made me buy a tape measure and send pictures with the length. The pictures clearly showed 1-3 inches short in certain seams. They offered me 20% off of a new jacket. But never took accountability for sending a small jacket. They did not believe the seamstress I had measuring the suit. Luckily I found someone that could take out the suit and make it wearable. I'll never use this company again.

I was very satisfied with the experience and how my suit turned out. I received ample compliments on the suit and how well it was tailored. However, when I was adding my measurements I noticed there suggested measurements that we're helpful, but if they were deleted they didn't come back. It would be helpful for those to return if a number isn't entered.

I ordered an indigo linen suit and by the end of the night my hands were blue. Not sure if there's any way around this or you could add a note of getting the suit dry cleaned prior to wearing to prevent.

I am delightfully, thoroughly, pleased with the suit I have received from StudioSuits. The craftsmanship went above and beyond my expectations and I will be using StudioSuits for any future formalwear needs.
