I emailed customer support and they quickly and nicely sent me out replacement for both parts right away. I know sometimes things happen and the true test of a company is how they responds when there is a problem. Store Supply Warehouse did a great job and they can now expect me to be a loyal customer! I purchased two unassembled display cases at great rates. The products were great. My issue is with the shipping rates. Because I didn't have a "docking station" I had to pay extra (nearly $200) for a truck with a lift because the items were supposedly going to be over 200lbs. I didn't have a problem with that until I received the items (4 boxes that could've fit in a standard car trunk) and the truck didn't have a lift. The driver just pulled out the maybe 30lb boxes. Why was I charged the extra shipping? I would've bought another display case with the savings!

I placed an order for 5 items with Store Supply Warehouse in March, 2020. This was my first order from them and was beyond satisfied with the service. Purchased a couple of items and paid for shipping. When they arrived wasn't a big fan of the products and one was damaged. So I decided to send them back. When I called Supply store they wanted me to pay for the shipping. I went to fedex and the charge to send everything back was $220 to send back which cost more then the products itself. I had to call 5 times to speak with different customer service reps about the cost of shipping back. I had to argue with them to use their discount to send back which would cost me 45 to ship it back. Overall not a professional business and paid $90 ish on shipping which was almost the same cost of the material I ordered. At the end of it they made it seem like they did me a favor by allowing me to use their discount to send it back!
I always order the white item tags for my flea market booth from Store Supply Warehouse. They beat everyone on their price. Their shipping costs seem high to me though.
I also like their variety of sizes, and the option to get stringed or no strings on the tags.
I buy several boxes at a time to make the cost of shipping less painful.
These are awesome and you can add your different size jewelry inserts in the drawers to individually organize your jewelry pieces. I can now find my jewelry easily. Fast shipping & came packaged nicely - no damage
Ordered displays for shop. Was told racks would be delivered in 3-5 days. Well almost 2 weeks later still no racks. So I called THEM. Was told that racks were damaged in shipment? But no one told us. It took a call from the buyer to find out. The company should have called the customer. Just better communication would help immensely. Not like we don't have time?!?

The sticky tags don't last for more than several minutes, come apart. Would not recommend or purchase. This product doesn't work.
