I purchased a large tiered round rotating jewelry earring display and found that each time the customers spin the display it would topple over with the earrings. The display is not well balanced after set up and once it turns becomes loose at the bottom. I bought it with the intention for it to rotate so customers could see the earrings before making a purchase. This display cannot rotate without being dislocated at the base and eventually toppling over. This really was a disappointing purchase.
I've never had an issue with my orders, they always arrive promptly. And the customer service staff always call me if something will be shipped separately, a much needed heads up in my business!

Love this massive pegboard basket which is perfect for my bits and bobs when working in my workroom, aka garage. And I repeatedly buy the large kraft tags for attaching a thank you to my customer's items.
I had looked around for these white grid panels EVERYWHERE and the cheapest ones I could find were on amazon for $15! I kept digging and found this website had them for $0.92 a piece. At first I was reluctant to commit to buying them because they're so cheap it might be a scam, but I didn't mind if I risked it and lost a couple dollars. I ended up paying about $7 total for the products and shipping and the products are legit! I was and still am genuinely shocked about the quality. The package also arrived in like 3 days, so I would give this a 10/5 stars if I could.

I ordered some glass shelves and they were damaged could hear the glass broken inside so I refused the package so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping. I never received a replacement or a refund as far as I know. Im not exactly sure what has happened but would like to know who to contact to have a refund issued. I have just been so busy getting my air bnb ready havent had time to deal with the issue.
Not only was the item damaged in shipping it also was not the measurements advertised. Totally useless to me. Company has not refunded me.

I had an issue with an item being damaged but they took care of it and sent a replacement right away great customer service
So. I'm a bit disappointed in this purchase. I paid for faster shipping (4-5 days) and called two-three weeks later and finally got a hold of someone and she said, they haven't even started printing. Something about the printer being broken, (Again) and that she would tell them to start production. Which I don't know why it paused to begin with? I asked for a call back about the status, she insured a call back that day, never received a call or email, I then wrote an email and got an email back days later saying they were in production. I'm just disappointed. Also, some bags were totally printed sideways.
Our orders are small and easy to fill. We are satisfied with the price of the products but do think you should offer free freight.
