I bought product from her just can't get the shipping company to deliver. Estes trucking first told me they need special equipment to deliver. Mind you it's 4x8 slat board 11 pieces. Then I was told they couldn't get the truck into a mall parking lot. Then they told me they couldn't find the address. All of this on the same phone call. Still 2 weeks later. No credit. No slat board. Nothing

I purchased the grid wall sign holders and while I love the concept and think they look great, unfortunately I am unable to use several of the holders I purchased because they arrived broken. The holders are made to be placed over the grid wall bar, but because it is made of acrylic, they break off very easily, thus making the holder unable to be used. I guess that money was wasted, back to the drawing board!

Bags are better than I expected, durable and good quality. Oh and pricing was outstanding. I love them! Will be ordering consistently!

The triangle grid rack with casters is sturdy and easy to maneuver. I received this item in a timely manner which was a plus.

I order sheets of glass on a fairly regular basis and my experience has always, without exception, been great! My last order of 30 pieces of glass arrived without one scratch or crack Despite the shipping box looking smashed. (Which is probably the first time that happened for me. Packaging is generally very strong and solid)
For what I buy, they have very good prices, excellent customer service, and their shipping is always fast. I would happily recommend them.

We have been ordering from this company for a year to purchase items for our market. Although their shipping is fast, order fulfillment is not always accurate. We recently had to contact them three times to get an order corrected. I can understand a mistake being made once, but repeating the same mistake three times is unacceptable. The merchandise quality is excellent and the prices are good, but the shipping department needs some work.

The shelf was on back order but I was not notified thus, delivery took longer than anticipated. Good buy.

I am very disappointed that both cabinets are damaged at the bases, due to the way they attached the to the pallet. I would like some compensation so that I can repair them myself.
I have photos but they are all 7MB and too large to add to this review. I can email them to you if your respond to *******@chpowell.com. Likewise I can not add the proof of purchase in the correct file type.

Everything was just as I had ordered and hoped it would be. I have to be frugal with my budding craft business expenses. With Supply Store Warehouse, I found good quality at exceptionally good prices. Even the cheap flocked inserts were not cheap-looking--which was a real surprise. The shipping materials kept everything in good order. Overall, I was very pleased and will buy from them again.

Our order turned into a nightmare! They shipped by Estes. Estes missed delivery appointments, delayed opening of our store, cost hundreds of dollars to have labor ready to unload and they did not show. Store Supply warehouse did not resolve the issue or did not care if the issue was resolved.
If you buy from this company, you are not going to be happy.

They carry most supply items that a store could possible need to run their business. They are reasonable in prices and shipping is fair and my order came pretty quick. They are a great place to do business with.

The product is ordinary. The service and process were great. Our order came in ahead of anticipated time. The courier could have been more gentle, as the boxes were torn open on the corners. Thankfully only minimal damage, but still, they could have been more gentle.

I've been buying from store supply for several years. I love their products and they have competitive prices. Ship quickly and a very reliable company. Repeat customer for life.

I never received tracking INFO OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION so after 20 days after purchase I contact them. They refuse to answer why my tracking or delivery info was not posted in my account order history on there website! And no response to why I never received this info to my email. They entered it in manually the persons name who signed at delivery at my address but refuse to provide me a print out or copy of delivery confirmation form. Or even email me the information which they previously failed to do. I was informed they will refund shipping costs only. So now I still have no proof physically of delivery confirmation or tracking information. I'm going by what they are typing in our chat on the website only. And still ignore answering any questions about why tracking shipment info is not on the websites or provided any where on my account order history? NO response except to contact 3 people with ext. Numbers only and no direct number just the customer service number. How odd id that. Still they did NOT send me a email confirming tracking number order confirmation and delivery confirmation or information regarding any refund at all. Or any info actually at all after I contacted them 20 days after making a purchase of $123.62 and never receiving it. So I guess I'm out of that money and not even eligible for a new replacement shipment for there unreceived items. That's pretty messed up and shady for a business to operate so foul and dishonestly

This is now my go to for all of my supplies for my boutique. The shipping was fast and item just as described. Thanks sooo much

Bought a few wall grids to use in my desk area and it worked out perfectly. I can organize my notes and supplies. Bought the wired shelves and file folder at Office Depot though. But it's very functional and these grids were less expensive than the ones found on Amazon or anywhere else for that matter. I think I paid $10 something for 4 grids which included shipping.
