The staff were super helpful with delivery times and were very responsive to all of my queries. Before confirming the order, I had enquired if they have the battery in stock and they got back to me and were very knowledgeable! Overall, a very smooth experience. Delivery came on time and was packaged well. The battery that I got works as expected and would defo recommend this to anyone looking to replace their aging batteries! :)

The Lenovo G40-80 battery that I ordered works! It was delivered to me in the afternoon, which I requested. The package the battery was in had bubble wrap in it to prevent it from damage. Overall, would recommend this company if you want a laptop battery!

The battery arrived about 10 days after order placement. It was well wrapped and in good condition when received. Fits well and testing the battery life now. Will give 5 stars if battery life is as good as the first one.
I ordered a replacement battery for an ACER A01-131 Laptop this morning. This model has two different types of connector - 7 wire and 9 wire. I got an email back a few hours later saying that the 9 wire connector was out of stock. I sent an email thanking for the update, and was refunded seconds later.

I recently purchased an Asus laptop battery from this online store to replace my current laptop battery. First off, I found this store to have one of the lowest prices(including shipping) for this battery model. Next, this store helped to create an account for me on their website, to allow me to track the shipping details. Though the delivery came about a week later than mentioned, a quick email to them in the week got me back a reply in less than 24hrs. Their response in the email was of satisfaction. They answered my queries and gave me a definite answer to the question without beating round the bush
When the delivery came, it came well packed in a box, with the battery placed in an anti-static bag and bubble wrapped around, and sponge was placed around the box to prevent the battery pack from shaking around

Brand New Battery unable to full charge during 1st use when installed. For RMA also very difficult so many procedure. Seller contact me to offer full refund which is good.
Bought a power adapter for my macbook. I have highlighted that I need UK 3 pin socket. But it comes with 2 pin socket and an adapter. I would be nicer to change a UK socket instead as it is very bulky now.

Good battery price but shipping somewhat expensive and slow (from Germany to France, more than 10 business days).
Replacement battery fits and work well, about 4h50mn autonomy (original battery about 7h).

Order took 10 days from payment to shipment to delivery, which is satisfactory. The battery was contained in a box and was bubble wrapped for extra protection.
Battery quality is good and working fine although the battery part number received (PA5043U) is different from the one from the original laptop battery (PA3931U).
Overall, satisfied with Storebattery and highly recommended.

Received the battery in good order, replaced and battery is working well. The battery is same as the original one from Asus, not aftermarket, so that was great. Took 10 days from order to delivery, quite ok considering it is shipping from China.
The replacement battery (SGD 80.50) I have received was of very good quality, even though it was not an original Dell battery. Delivery (SGD 10.50) was very prompt, arriving in Singapore from HK after just 9 days. Dimensions and specifications are just like the original Dell battery, and it seems to be working just as well. If there are any problems, the battery comes with 9 months warranty. I would like to thank Amy for being so responsive to my queries via email. Let's hope this works well!

Received an email from them after a month for the refund offer. I saw some really good reviews for the shop so I might be the only one very unfortunate with this battery issue. At least they did not abandon my issue and gave me a refund after a while. It is possible that my battery model is just too rare because my laptop is not a popular laptop, so the battery fabricated by their supplier is one off and not good.
I would emphasize that their communication and support is good. The only issue for me is the product from their supplier and maybe the product is not good because my battery is very rare.
I kept receiving issues after issues after using the batteries from them. These are not original batteries and I spent $90 on it. I cant even use the batteries now because they die at 50% charge every single time. No solution from them and I would not order from them again. I even sent a video proof of it but they have not responded for a month now.
Item received in good conditions and seller is very responsive. Great purchase recommended and will buy again.
