Do Not and I mean do not give this scam company your details they are stealing money from people left right and centre I have informed the bank the police and the fraud team and hopefully they will be taken down!
Yes they are $#*!ing scamers they robme 1500 from my bank account mothe$#*!ers becarefull they taking a piss they are just scamers be aware they are fake company with a merchant id $#*!ing piece $#*!s they just rob you is not any products or any $#*!ing loan just rob money stolen
If I could give less than a 1 for this then I would! It's all a scam they make it sound like they are giving you money to buy products and they don't and then they take money from your bank even when you've not actually spent any money with them, they don't reply to emails or phone calls... do not apply for credit with this company
Thanks for your helpful votes - for those that have suffered because of store-credits actions - take these IMMEDIATE steps
Phone your bank - stop your debit card - report it lost/stolen/damaged get a replacement issued - the new card will have a different number and will prevent store credit attempting to take money.
Ask your bank to stop any direct debits standing orders to store credit.
Phone Action Fraud *******040 - explain the problem - get a Crime Reference Number - give that to your bank. Action Fraud are run by the City of London Police - they are a very very powerful and effective organisation. They are also on line.

I asked for cash loan and not credit to by stuff. I dont understand, i dont want this
Said I signed contract for which I have no knowledge. Money taken out of account. Complained email and got no response. Phoned them and they were horrible that's when they answers. Reported financial ombudsmen. Stay away. Then they kindly refund me the sum of £25 so I am still out of pocket for nothing so I am taking this further. This cannot be legal
I asked for cash loan, instead they gave me £200 credit which I don't need and they took the first installment out, I called they saying I don't need the credit and they said they can only refund me partially some money out of my amount they took out and as result they have suspended my account. Still waiting to be refunded. This is a scam company, please stay away
I applied to join on the Sunday they told me I had been successful and gave me a credit limit of £300.It wouldn't let me use the credit.on the Tuesday 2 days after they took £65 out of my account. I phoned them up and asked for my money back and explained why they told me they would refund me still haven't received the money and now they won't answer the phone it's a scam
Do not have anything to do with this company. They will keep taking money out of your account even when you cancel membership. I am getting sick and tired of emailing them and filling in forms to cancel only to find they are still taking money. I am seriously considering legal action. Avoid this company at all cost
PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. It was a hard experience for me, as they gave me 300 pounds loan with no checks, but then when I wanted to cancel it as I had to use the 300 pounds on the catalog website for goods that were outdated, it didnt allow me. So I called up the number and after 15 mnts, some one picked up and sent me a url to fill in. The url asked for details like the front image of my debit card and utility bill, which they didnt ask me, when creating the account, so then why do they have to ask it when cancelling the account.
Its a mess, pls stay away from this site.
I went to Store-Credit through another website called Catalog Club. This was to take out a loan to purchase goods on finance to repay and I was shocked to find that I was accepted for a £200 loan! The loan is given as a store voucher which is sent over to the Catalog website I mentioned. The repayments against the loan are affordable and the loan; surprisingly is 0% interest. I’ve had no issues with store-credit and would recommend them in the future!
