I have read a lot of very negative reviews about this company, and for the most part they are all concerning sneakers. While I have never ordered sneakers from them and have no opinion about their sales in that category, I did order an Xbox Series X from them. This was a first time order from StockX. The experience was a little nerve wracking since it was an expensive item and I was not sure if they would come through. My experience has been very positive. I received the item in great condition and exactly as they promised. It was scheduled for delivery on the 20th of the month and I received it on the 8th. I could not be happier with this experience. I have tried since November to acquire a Series X and just got tired of waiting. The cost was abou $170 above retail but in my opinion well worth the investment.
Stole my item from me and have ignored me for about 2months now
At this point my item is probably long gone and sold to someone so I'm spamming the utter $#*! out of them until they pay me for the item:)
They don't have a contact number because they are a bunch of $#*! who couldn't handle everyone phoning them telling them how they are scamming twats. DON'T USE STOCK X WHETHER IT'S SELL OR BUY JUST DON'T DO IT
I am about to be on my 5th day on waiting on them to authenticate. The seller next day my item been collecting dust at stock ever since then. Their customer service does nothing but give you the run around.
