I purchased a 3060ti graphic card for 1,000 dollars and when I received it and opened it to my surprise it had 4 tee shirts and socks. I have been trying to contact some one but of course the don't have a customer service phone number to call. So I emailed them and they said they would get back with me and said that was not from them my package must have been tampered with and their team would do an investigation. But for some reason I still haven't heard anything and it has been 5 days. I would for sure not buy anything from Stock X it is a scam...

I ordered a pair of shoes on August 11,2021 and it's now September 18 and all it says is en route the StockX this is ridiculous and u don't have any customer service to even give me a answer I already ordered 4 shoes from them but this is looking like it will be my last time smh

Status has been authenticated for over a week

My 15 year old daughter purchased a pair of adidas yeezy boost350 V2 on 9/1 on 9/7 she received an email that they were authenticated there has been no update. They were never shipped out to her. There is no contact # or email so her shoes are in limbo and she is out over $400.

Customer service

My experience with customer service was horrible. They don't have phones and you can only email. My son tried to order some shoes but it keep sending a email that order was declined. Then about two weeks later shoes was shipped and I had no idea. They down street to a neighbors who took them. So when I tried to dispute shoes Stockx said they was dilvered. So with the paperwork they sent the credit company I had to find the shoes at the neighbor house. Dealing with stockx customer service was horrible and would not take shoes back even though said charge didn't not go through.

Wasn't best experience

The item I received has some flaws and when I contacted stockX they took few days to get back to me with it is authentic and within the standard. I never had Yeezy with similar defects. When I sent them another email I said the same thing and if I don't like it I can sell it.

The shoes got here super quick and my daughter loves them! Thanks a bunch StockX! Normally I'm on this app to get rid of a pair of kicks. This is my first purchase and honestly I was a little hesitant with all the recent rumors and stuff about you guys authenticating fakes and sending them through as real. Needless to say I'm pleased with this purchase.

Caution! I bought a nike shoe that changes color but it came with a defect the right one changes and the left one does not, so I went to request the exchange for another one and they will not authorize it because I took the tag, but of course I went to use the shoe there is no way for me to know the defect before I remove the tag, horrible service I never buy at stockx deception
