False delivery timing claims

I spent over $140 on shoes specifically for the summer because the web site falsely advertises an arrival window. They charged me $20 in shipping and processing mind you. Shortly after purchasing they started sending multiple notifications that the delivery date will be much later than advertised, with no estimated arrival... so call it taking your money indefinitely. Unlikely summer shoes

Fake $#*! shoes

Stockx is not telling the truth about having original shoes. Their shoes are poor copies. The return policy sucks. You have to get a buyer to return the fake shoes they sold to you.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM! No warranty.
1st time use. Ordered a pair of sexy Nike LeBrons for my daughter for volleyball. While at a Big 10 volleyball camp and wearing for the first time, shoe's soles ripped apart and top toe area ripped open as well. $200 for a pair of Nike's to last for a single use. Since she wore them and cut off the tag-no exchange or warranty given, only warranted for 3 DAYS! Nike unable to warranty due to StockX not being a certified dealer. Offer $50 refund offered from StockX but never given nor any further communication. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. No way to back up their merch. Nike suggested these shoes are FAKE.

SO UPSETTING

My boyfriend ordered a pair of Nike SB dunks off of stockx, when the package arrived it had his name on it and said it was the SB dunks when we opened the package what was inside was a pair of yzy slides 2 sizes too small with a fake verification sticker on them. Now we're trying to return them and get what we originally ordered (or a refund at least) but the customer service is so horrible they won't even talk to us about it because of the fake verification sticker that came on the wrong item we ordered from their website. This is absolutely unacceptable and VERY upsetting. We will not be ordering from them ever again and I advice you not too either.

A mysterious $350 charge showed up from Stockx. No idea how. So I disputed the charge, successfully, with my financial institution. So Stockx freezes my account. No warning, no explanation as to why. I didn't even know it was blocked until I tried to make a purchase. When I asked, they said disputing charges with a financial institution violates their terms or service. Well, those are some pretty anti-consumer terms of service. In fact, terms like that should be (are?) illegal. No thanks. I'm done with Stockx.

Please be advised what you are seeing was a pre-authorized hold from a purchase attempt that wasn't successful. Typically you would see this hold fall off your account in 3–7 business days. The charge will remain as a pending/ processing transaction on your account until the bank fully clears and release the funds.
