Ordered shoes supposed to arrive 6-8 days and after 2 weeks, not even shipped! I keep emailing and they tell me to just wait. Horrible service.
I made a purchase on May 6 and it's June 9 and I still haven't received any update about my order. I emailed them twice and called various customer service numbers and I didn't get any response and my calls were not picked up. I am completely appalled as to how a company can have such horrible customer service, basically leaving no one to pick up customer inquiries. I am beyond frustrated.
