Love to get all my gear from Stealth. I'm an avid climber and the quality of their equipment is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have placed 4 or 5 orders from Stealth Angel and the only problem ever was a box that wasn't well packed. Other than that, good service, good products, really fair prices and no worries. I don't do a lot of online reviews but the 36 reviews currently listed here are completely out of balance to the negative side so I want to provide a counterpoint. Products purchased range from a 2 day survival back pack, 5 small survival kits that make awesome affordable gifts, camping stuff and more. The only one that didn't feel really solid and good quality was a $9.99 portable fishing rod that doesn't feel durable (but it was only ten bucks, what can you expect)
Just a heads up, if you love survival gear and camping gear like my husband and I DO NOT purchase from Stealth Angel. The items I ordered were of poor quality not what I thought it would be from how it looked online.
And they have the worst customer service! It took me a long time to get a response and when I did I sent them my order number as asked and haven't heard back since! I've tried calling left messages more emails and NOTHING. Screw that place! You're also completely responsible paying for all your items to be shipped back (after finding the return policy) and you have to wait a long time before getting a refund if they even get back to you.
I will never order anything from them again.
I will be way more careful when it comes to stores I order from for our camping and survival gear.
I will continue to spread my experience across social media and in person so ppl know.
Do not buy from this company. It is impossible to contact a representative. Stealth Angel took money out of my account but never sent the merchandise. I could never get anyone to talk to me on the phone. Only when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and filed a claim with my bank did Stealth Angel send me a tracking number (Fed Ex) however, the tracking number was just to get me to back off as Fed Ex never actually received the merchandise. This is a bad company and I would recommend if you ordered from them to cancel and work directly with your bank to get your money back. I would have given them zero stars if i could!
Bought batteries that were never shipped, but they charge my card the day of the order! Called and they never pick up. Sent several emails and they finally sent a tracking number, but USPS said NO package was picked up or dropped off.

Do business with these hucksters at your own risk. They epitomize the modern version of snake oil salesmen. I bought a solar battery pack from them that did not last much longer than the very narrow window of the money-back guarantee. Tried to contact them but never got a response--they conveniently went missing in action.
I paid extra for 3 to 5 biz shipping for a bday gift. They happily took all the money last saturday.
By monday it was clear there was no package on the way. By june 22 they emailed saying it was.
Friday was 5 business days.
The package HASNT EVEN BEEN TAKEN TO THE USPS. And yes the refunded the shipping costs.

Cant ger anyone on the phone. This was my 2nd purchase. The first showed up fine but the bag was wayyyy smaller than pictured.
The first custoemr service response where i explained it was a bday gift thus its importance in reaching. Me i was told "ya we have been swamped"

Bought a survival bag for a gift. Quality seemed cheap but I returned it not for that but the recipient didn't want it. I thus returned it and they refused to accept the return from fedex.
I would have given a 0 but there was not an option for it. I had the wonderful privilege of speaking with a Manager name Mary and she could not be bothered.
I explained to her I was unhappy with my product which was a 144hour earthquake backpack that did not look anything like the advertised picture which in the real world is false advertisement. She explained that it is not false advertisement that all bags are the same size. I was about to tell her that the bag also was missing some things out of it that was also advertised to come in it however was too busy trying to explain while being talked over by a unprofessional person that I would never have employed in customer service with her attitude.
My thing is if you don't want to do your job and treat the people with respect the same people that keep you employed by them giving you there business then simply don't work!
I was not able to get to the things missing because she was soo aggressive in the way she was speaking to me.
I thought for sure she had to be a new Customer service Agent By her lack of knowledge in all and not knowing how to assist a customer properly so I ask for her Manager and she said I am a Manager. To my surprise coupled with her unprofessionalism and how initially when she came on the line her tone and how short she was with me and even talking over me saying things like if you are not happy with the product send it back. Who says that to a customer. She also hung up on me.
I never raised my voice once or talk disrespectfully to her.The thing is I walked away with my dignity in tact but for her I can't say the same.

I am very unhappy with the product the bag was smaller then pictured so please on your advertisement picture put a little disclaimer that it would be smaller than pictured because that is the first thing that attracts the eye.
Second the bag was missing warming blanket, tent and radio and did not have the 144 hour amount of food it said it would.
It all could have been corrected and just a little compassion goes a long way.
This company is horrible I ordered a survival bag pack from stealth angel, first of all the bag pack was ripped like someone sliced truth it before shipping it and the quality is very poor honestly I could of made my own survival bag pack myself with the money I paid for it tried to return emailed and they just gave me the run around pretty much what I wanted to hear will look into your order didn't hear from them sence but I took it with PayPal for my money back don't buy from this company you will regret it!
Unfortunately, I did not see this site before I purchased a solar phone charger. The charger would never hold a charge, even after plugging it in initially & placing it in a south-facing window. When I e-mailed Stealth Angel requesting a credit OR how to return the product, Customer Service did respond, asking for my order number. I had already given that information, but did so again, along with the reason for my complaint. AGAIN! I've e-mailed them several times with no response. The last time I threatened them with a poor review. Still no response. Therefore, the very, very poor review. SAVE YOUR MONEY. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Wish I had seen reviews before ordering. Placed an order March 13th. Still not here as of May 22nd and can't seem to get an answer from anyone as to why. Email from support just keeps telling me someone will be in contact but they don't, or they just keep asking for same info about my order number, etc but no one follows thru to either fulfill the order or refund my money.
I have to share this with you. I have been trying to get a product replaced that arrived broken for over a year now. I have an email that shows I sent the pictures and at that time was told I would receive a replacement. I sent them again recently to show I in fact did send them the pictures they requested. The promised replacement never showed. I contacted them many times. I tried again months ago. Jumped through hoops etc. They finally said ok, we will send a replacement. The replacement arrived, it was about half the size of what I had ordered. No contact with me to explain they could not get what I had originally ordered, nothing. I contacted them by email and phone. I finally reached someone today, and she started to speak to me aggressively, cut me off and then hung up on me? I never raised my voice, I asked why no one contacted me to explain any of this. And that there was a direct replacement available on their web site? She instead jut hung up on me. This has not been a very positive experience at all. I am so disappointed for how this has transpired. I wanted nothing more than to rave about how amazing I thought this company was. But that will not be the case here. With the lack of communication and absolute unprofessional behavior on this woman's part does not warrant a good review nor a recommendation.
They advertised one item and when purchased, they delivered something completely different. It was such a classic bait and switch. Then when we tried calling to return it it took 15 phone calls to get through to this nasty woman. She yelled at me on the phone and then hung up on me mid-sentence. Honestly, save yourself hassle and time. There are much better companies both for quality and for inter-personal skills.
So I ordered my backpack on the 20th of March didn't receive it till a whole month later and I even paid extra for the shipping to be faster! Hence this pandemic that it happening it took a little bit longer for the backpack to get here! And let me not even start about how small and thin the backpack is! It's tiny like a preschoolers backpack like come in guys! I understand that Paid more for shipping but they could have gave me my expedited extra charge back! Won't but from here again! Lesson learned
Lied about shipping times, tried to cancel and they ignored me. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they tried to tell me that I needed to close my dispute before they would process the refund. I escalated to Paypal and got my refund right away. Scammers.
They tell you items are in stock that really aren't just to get your order and your money and then you sit and wait for them. I'm going on a month now, and their email customer support is useless. They don't respond in a timely manner and then say as little as possible (and in broken english).
I ordered a solar charger for my phone from stealth angel survival. They sent a email saying it was being processed and gave me a tracking number. After a few days I checked the tracking number, it still said being processed. I sent stealth angel survival an email asking what was going on. I got an email saying it had been sent. A few days later I checked the tracking number again still said being processed. I sent them an email again they said it was being processed. They charged my credit card company but never sent the charger. I sent a complaint to the BBB and the USPS, both are doing an investigation. I sent stealth angel survival a email again, they refused to answer. All I ever got was a run a round from them.
As you can see from the picture, they acknowledged the order.
BEWARE OF ORDERING.

Answer: I received a defective backpack, it had a cut on it, from a box cutter, (it appeared). I emailed stealth angle and they sent a replacement which I received a week later ( which was in perfect condition). Stealth Angle made good on the transaction and in my opinion deserve recognition for that towards their reputation. Scott.
