I ordered 2 pairs of galoshes, one of which they told me was out of stock. They asked me what I'd like to do, and I told them, "Cancel the order." They must have had the product after all because they shipped the product. But when I opened the package, both galoshes were complete junk and the zipper on one was broken. I asked for a refund but they were going to make me pay for postage on a product that was broken to begin with.

Just don't do business here.

I'd ordered two go bags for my kids for Christmas, this was in Nov, just trying to get started on Christmas early. One of rhe kids didn't want one so I went to send it back and they said that their policy is 60 days return only. I'l like it was a Christmas present and it's still new with tags and nothing open... why not some latitude on returns at Christmas. No other vendor has treated me this way in this situation. I wish I'd looked at all the reviews on this company prior to ordering... could have saved myself some headaches and money

Solar chargers

I wouldn't buy anything from this group again. I bought a panel and it never worked. They promised to send one as a replacement and it never came. I did get a response and they promise don't to send it. Several excuses and it still hasn't show up. Their products are cheap and usually not as promised. So instead of trying to get a replacement I rather spend my time warning people not to buy their products.

I ordered a zen cooler I emailed & called multiple times they gave me a fake shipping Fedex label I called Fedex & they said the label was created a wk & half ago but no item was shipped. I put in a BBB complaint asking for a refund. After 2 mos with the BBB complaints they gave me a real shipping I told them I wanted my money back they said refuse shipping so I did & it's been almost 2 mos & still no refund the package is supposedly lost & they refuse to give me my money they have a F rating with BBB

My girlfriend ordered one item, was billed for four, After she cancelled the order it was shipped two months later, and the original protest she put in with the bank was back billed. Sleazy dirtbags, is too kind a description. We are senior citizens living on a fixed income and they are thieves, no question about it. If all the money isn't refunded we'll take them to small claims in New York, it'll cost them more for lawyers to defend it, and we'll find a way to collect. I ha business for almost forty years, these people don't deserve to be in business one.

Basically the same review as everyone else. These guys are scam artists. No order confirmation. No shipping confirmation. Promised to give me tracking info, never did. Took the issue to the BBB where they have lied repeatedly about giving me a refund. No refund was ever received. Box finally arrived after 2+ months and I just gave it back to Fedex to return.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS UNTIL YOU FILE A REPORT WITH THE BBB, AND DON'T EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU ORDERED ANYTIME SOON! MY ORDER TOOK 5 WEEKS TO GET TO ME, AND THAT WAS AFTER I PAID FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING! INEXCUSABLE! THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I DIDN'T WANT TO EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR, BUT ZERO STARS WAS NOT A CHOICE!

Terrible service

I would rate 0 stars. I ordered something over a month ago and it has not been delivered and I can not contact anyone. I left a voice message 2 days ago//no return call. Emailed 2 days ago received a generic email that they would respond within 24 hours//been 2 days as of now, horrible company! Read the BBB reviews before buying anything//not worth it!

They'll take your money and then you can only pray that they deliver what you paid for, eventually.
I waited 3 weeks for delivery (paid tne "next day delivery"), and they ultimately delivered a product that's MISSING PARTS.
After repeatedly emailing and asking for assistance - I still don't have what I paid for.

Here's the email exchange:
Me: "product is missing ABC part..."
Them (after couple of days): "which part is missing?"
Me: "ABC part"
Them (after couple of days): "Ah, it's inside..."
Me: "no, it's MISSING"

I do not expect that they'll correct this problem - I think they just don't care.

Stay AWAY from them - save your time, money, energy and peace of mind - there are so many decent businesses around to work with.
"Stealth Angel Survival" is NOT one of them.

This company is clickbait! What you see on their website isn't what you'll get! Awful products! Poorly packaged and looked old. It took them close to a month to deliver my order and to make matters worse, it was missing a whole kit.
Customer service is just as bad. No one will answer your call. You'll get routed to a voicemail, but no one will ever return your calls or answer your emails.
I spent close to $300 for an incomplete order and junk products.
Definitely will be returning.

To be fair, the Stealth Angel Survival Kit provides everything they legally promise to deliver, but I wouldn't give this kit to any entry-level Boy Scout let alone depend upon it for true survival needs. Everything provided is junk quality, and truly, you could assemble a better kit for far less money. If you want to feel all gung-ho about the "stealth black" color or a quasi-military sounding name for the product... then yes- go ahead and order it and prove the saying about a fool and his money.

Ruined Christmas

On December 4th, I ordered a small survival kit from this company for my nephew. I waited over 2 weeks for a delivery conformation email. Not receiving it, I emailed them asking when I could expect delivery. Company stated email would be answered within a few hours. 3 days later, still nothing. So I called. Couldn't speak to a live person no matter when I called, so I left a message. Another 3 days and I was finally contacted by them... through email. No return of my phone call. Long story short, my item didn't even ship till AFTER Christmas. Arrived on the 30th of December. Will never do business with this company again.
