The company advertises quick and easy STD testing via the website. The Company is priced as a premium product but offers ZERO customer service or support for your hard-earned money! They have several "options" to reach them but all of them will request you send or leave a message and someone will contact you which never happened. I'm so glad I was smart enough not to give this shady company my credit card details before getting my questions answered. I'm sure I never would have heard from them after. Seems like a scam or single person operation which does not give me confidence when handling something as sensitive and important as my medical information and health.
