I never imagined I'd fall for a scam like this, but here I am — out thousands and feeling lost. They promised huge returns, showed me numbers that looked real, and then vanished with my pension. Reporting to the police was just the first step. It wasn't until I reached out to a small recovery service — something like U[dot]io — that I got my money back. It's been a tough lesson, but if sharing this saves even one person, it's worth it. Stay sharp and don't let the promise of easy money fool you.
I bought a new phone and did not change the number in stash, so when I go in they tax my old number and I can not get on line. I wrote customer gave them the name of what I had on certain days. Also when they took money out of my account on different day in 2024 and that on those days different amounts of money was taken out of my account. I even told them my social security number and they still not believe me and when I asked for a fax number they told me they did not have faxes.

I thought it was only me who was complaining about this site till I checkereviews, I was about to get my money out for this scam platform by making a complaint to (global regain.org) after providing the transaction record of my deposit.
If there were a choice to pick zero stars I would. This business does not care about you. They will take your money and charge you plenty of fees, but when it comes time to protect you from fraudulent transactions from sinister companies, they leave you hanging. I have been dealing with a fraud dispute with them and they have pencil-whipped it time after again stating "no error occurred". It's not an error, it's FRAUD and they don't care. I am removing all my money from this business and I will make sure that everyone knows that this company (STASH.COM) are USERS and don't care about people, ONLY MONEY! DISGUSTING!

My mother had a account with Stash. She passed away and I am her daughter, i have the information to close account including certified death certificate. I emailed Stash about my mother's death. Its been a year since she has passed but I havr only worked on her estate a few times here and there. I came across her investment portfolio and her vestef interest and closing the account would be a final check for a little over 600.00. I was unfortunate to know my mother died without a will but also had no real property nor nothing of value to where I would have to open a succession which would have cost me more than what was left. But Stash on the other hand has other plans for my deceased mother's money. They informed me i needed a affadavit of small estate which in Louisiana would cost $300-$600 to have it filed. But i did not need this for any other transaction that i performed nor for IRS nor for bank. All i needed was death certificate and my ID. So 31 emails and still will not send me her money, which i can use for her headstone. One of the emails they said all i needed was death certificate and ID. Then the next 2 days are a nightmare. Another customer service representative chimed in and said the other representative made a mistake and i needed affadavit. Even though this is just 600 i will not give up. I am so done with company. Now they won't answer me at all!
I lost 95% of my investment using their recommedation on their "SMART PORTFOLIO" DO YOUR OWN INVESTING. I HAD A MODERATE RISK LEVEL YET LOST ALMOST ALL MY INVESTMENT. SCAM
They blocked my account saying its under investigation, i had a fortune on my account. All thanks to Crypto-recoveryltd com who i used to file a claim on my behalf.
This company has repeatedly stolen from me. When confronted, they tell a different lie everytime, like most liars do.
Don't do it please stay away from stash they lock your account for no reason for regular spending you do on a day to day basis I use to love stash not anymore I got to wait 5 days to be able to use money I worked for I won't let them get me again I'm putting my money in a real bank I can walk into and I can speak to a manager stash you made a bad business decision partnering with Stride bank worst bank ever
I signed up with STASH 3 months ago but I started noticing they were taking out $5 here and $10 there so I decided this was not for me. I am on social security so I don't have a lot to play with or should I say lose. So I tried to close my account the "easy" way and I was running into roadblocks in every direction. You need to sell your stocks. Ok where? They send me an email where to do that. I sell my stocks. Ok try again. Nope, you still have stock that need sold. Now where? I can't find them? Now they tell me I have some in an IRA um ok. Try and find those. Ok there is a few there. Oh then I'm told my bank account is not connected. Why? You guys keep taking money out of it? So I reconnect it again. Then back to selling my little stock. So now remember I want to quit so I am told I had to sell everything, right? Ok so then I see I had my refund sent to me. This was new since they had my bank account. Well I never got the check. Then I noticed they were depositing it in my bank but they rejected that, huh? I send them an email stating I would like to know what the hold up is on closing my account and getting my refund. Then on March 9,2023 I get an email from Evan, a Customer Service Manager of STASH who tells me he is so sorry for all the inconvenience I have gone through. Please sign and date this IRA form and email it back and he will OVERNIGHT my check to me. Fine I'll sign it but I am 62 years old. So I sign it that day and email it back. Guess what…5 days later, no check. Now I get an email from them asking me if I'm still interested in working with them since it's been a WHILE SINCE THEY HAVE HEARD FRIM ME! Really? So I call them. I've lost it now. The young lady is trying to tell me that she sees that I sent the form back but now they need to have verified before they can send me my refund. So now here it is March 21,2023 and I receive another email from my guy Evan. He tells me he is sorry for the delay in getting my refund to me but he is going to get it out to me and baring any problems, I should have it by WEDNESDAY! Hmmm what happened to his promise to overnight my check?! Oh by the way. Did I mention this is only for $48.00? If they like this for that small amount, could you imagine if it was in the thousands. I'm sorry but you have got to laugh about this amount.
What a ridiculous site. Who pays $9/mo for someone to hold their monies. Hell, my local bank doesn't even do this. Don't waste your monies.
This place is the worse, i closed account to get my money now they wont give it back, they give u the run around, tthey say problem with my bank account but funny how they take money for there memnbership, now i open account again, but some reason my bank account they cant put my money there, now they send me paperwork to fill out. I dont know even how to start with all the questions and such, now i have to go pay a place to fill it out, poeple listen to me stay away from stash they will rob your money,
They " inform " you of the variable " subscription fees" in the fine print. Have to search for 20 minutes for their phone number. BEWARE! Much more up-front companies that SHOOT STAIGHT!
I never received my $75 bonus from stash from y'all but other than that I love y'all you are awesome thank you for everything
I have been thoroughly cleaned by these con artists! I cant believe I have been so stupid. I have lost all my lifes savings plus took an extra loan to achieve certain benefits promised to me which have not materialised. They are so clever and all was plausable. My so called account manager totally wiped my account. It took quick intervention from (cryptiide001 outlook com) before i was able to retrieve what was mine back and for that i am really grateful. Please avoid like the plague. I would hate anyone else to go through what I went through. I dont know how to handle it all...
Do not use Stash! And if you do use this app, get your money out ASAP! I used Stash for years and then I decided to take my money out of Stash and move it into Vanguard. It was impossible to transfer my money out of Stash even though I tried a total of 5 times. Stash kept on refusing the transfer on nonsense grounds even though we sent the documents to them multiple times. Then, when I tried to just take my money out, they locked my account so I had no access to my money. After over a month of trying to transfer my money out, I had no choice but to contact the authorities. If you have issues with getting your money out, I would recommend contacting the regulatory authorities because that seems to be the only thing this waste of space of a company ever responds to. Huge disappointment.
