Shopping online is relatively simple. Sometimes too many subcategories to find specific items, such as lighting gel colors. I'm looking for a color, not a manufacturer. My order arrived quick and ahead of expectations. However, I never got an email confirmation of my order and wasn't entirely sure if I had properly completed the order.
Not very clear instructions on custom sizing for gobos. Hopefully they get my order right or contact me for clarification.
- UPDATE: GOBO worked as intended. I would make the website a little more intuitive, but otherwise no complaints.
