Great selection and easy to order
Website and offerings were good.
Didn't get a confirmation until I followed up with an email and phone call, but I got a quick and thorough response to my follow up and the products arrived quickly and in good shape.
4/3 - I ordered and did not get an estimate of delivery
4/7 - Looked online. Status was "being reviewed". Called and was told the delivery date was being determined and I would get an answer back.
4/10 - Called again. This time told order would arrive between 4/19-4/25. I said it was needed 4/15 for an install 4/16. Since could not make my date, I was cancelling order. Person helping me said they would try to improve the date and put me on hold. Came back and said they would try to make the shipment arrive the 15th or 16th.
4/15 - Arrived
So on the one hand, great customer service getting the shipment to me on my due date.
On the other hand, I would prefer not having to make direct calls in order for this to happen. Why not give a shipping estimate to me via the shopping cart, or via email?

So far, so good. I actually enjoyed scrolling through everything. Shipping was and took a long time to be delivered considering cost.

Very practical products
Had what I needed. Initial order delayed due to non-communications between SLS and vendor. Upon calling SLS - they took care of it almost immediately. Am happy with purchase and recommend them as their prices and customer service are better than some I've worked with. 4 1/2 out of 5 stars.
