Stackry website and team are the best BUT website should detail import taxes the same as it does freight costs to empower customers.
I encountered an unusual problem where the customer service at stackry was very friendly and eager to assist. They kept checking with the source of the problem and replying to my update requests every week in a professional and friendly manner. Although, the shipment was 4 months late, Stackry WAS NOT responsible for the delay by any mean. However, as I paid all the asked expenses -keeping in mind Stackry is NOT the least inexpensive runner in the business- especially the shipping insurance, I was expecting a time limit to claim my money back for an express delivery that should last 3-5 days! I expect that I don't need to hassle with different companies in my country to have the package.
The bottom line is:
Customer service representative was extremely helpful and great.
The company policy with shipping partners should be amended for such situations were the one to plame is the shipping company itself.
In consolidating my package, they just smudged everything together into one of the original boxes. The tracking was not kept up to date. I wasn't made aware of the need for customs payment beforehand (thought it was included in postage price). Some of my products were ripped and damaged.

My experience with Stackry is satisfactory but the international mail options for forwarding are too expensive, often more expensive than the total cost of books I use Stackry for. Regular land/sea mail would probably be cheaper, but is not an option on your website.

If you own an old beetle you need to be able to bleed money so it's good to find a supplier who has all items at fair prices & their online ordering is idiot proof even for an old Aussie like me
I was customer of Shipito and then moved to Bedabox. Stackry bought Bedabox and then I continue using through Stackry. In beginning was good, but in the end now it is becoming expensive. Very expensive for picture. Expect high freight if you have to return something inside of USA.
They are not the cheapest but they are the best. Still very competitive in terms of shipping costs but the terms are better and the service is better. I've tried a few now and Stackry are the best.
