From the 'warehouse' prespective - as usual I ordered a product, which I've ordered 3 times before with them and never had any issues. This time they said it's 'prohibited item' and they won't be able to ship it to me. I asked what's the issue exactly and why I got it delivered 3 times in the past. Maya R. Said "It was a mistake". Really?! 3 times mistake? Then she said she will contact her manager and in the upcoming 2-3 hours she will get back to me via e-mail. (Shipping was already paid and nothing was actually happening unless I contact them.) Yea, you guessed it, no one ever emailed me. So days after this I decided to go back to them because my order is urgent to come. I emailed them - no response for 2 days. Went to the Live Chat once again and it was a complete joke.
A representative named 'Teresa Phillips' is their customer support manager and her behaviour is just insane! She doesn't know how to properly speak to a customer and she is a 'manager' and when I asked to speak with someone on the upper levels because I wanted to complain she said 'I am the manager'.
Won't be using them again for sure!
