It's pointless that a new comment on an existing ticket gets treated as a completely new inquiry and therefore gets pushed back in the queue.
After 2 weeks not having heard back from you I had to call in to get my question answered --> clearly room for improvement.
To adjust your ticket logic: Only treat it like a new inquiry once a comment has been added from your end.
