First, you refused to ship my shipment of Vape juices to Saudi Arabia although I contacted customer services and attached all the govt. Documents that prove it's allowed there, and all other forwarders now do. Second, you charged $4 for consolidation although the majority (if not all) offer it as a free service. Third, you charge for insurance, which also is a free option with most forwarders. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing first experience.
I have 3 bank cards from 3 differents banks, I was not able to pay with one of them. An error message popped up for each attempts.
I paid an extra to repackage my parcel in order to have a delivery fee cheaper. It happened that it was more expensive in that way. You shouldn't charge people if the delivery fee is more expensive with this service.
Very good delivery times. DHL was not a good experience though.

The customer service was great, a email was little slow but was good when replied, the chat was helpful when it was still active. I guess currently times are busy with the current situation but I thoroughly liked the process so far and how there are measures in place if one writes the wrong delivery address such as a mistake in the 'UNIT' part of the locker shipping address
