They make the experience worry-free! As a new customer I was not familiar with the follow up reminders they provided as each parcel was held in storage and then to suddenly receive a final warning that they were discarding my parcel as it was held for 60 days. But due to the their quick email replies on my request for an extension to confirm the storage period for another two weeks as there were more shipments on their way which were delayed due to back order, I was able to successfully obtain my items all consolidated with no other delays. I will definitely recommend using Stackry again!
