It's been really easy to use the website - excited to get my parcel. Not sure how customs will be in touch with me from the UK - I've been wanting these shoes ever since I saw a country star on tour in the UK well over a year ago and fell in love with them, couldn't find a UK supplier - the saw a pair in the sale in the US! Really happy your service exists and that it's affordable! It's the first time I've used a service like this.

It was my first order and there was a problem with my one package being double scanned as two packages of different sizes. Then the system misunderstood my address and didnt give me all the shipping options available. Then even the cheapest shipping method was more expensive and much slower than my previous reshipper. Weirdly my 1lb package was considered a 2lb package for cost calculation. Im disappointed.

Its been a good experience so far but the service is a lot more expensive than I anticipated.
I did not recieve my $10 off my first shipment and I hope you can compensate me for it, also it claimed consolidating was $2 yet I was charged $7 and somehow shipping is $78 but I'm paying $86 how is this possible? Fix this immediately and refund me
Mostly fairly easy to navigate. I had difficulty putting in the item prices... it took me many tries to work out how to put in the correct price into each box. (item price and overall price). Secondly, as I have now been notified there is a problem shipping one of my items, I would have appreciated being informed about which item it is, so I could expedite the process and contact the seller. Other than that, good.
Straight forward and simple to use. Shipping pricing is far more competitive than other services.

The options and cost of international shipping is prohibitive. Shipping direct from other companies in the past there have been slower but considerably cheaper options. Of course this was pre pandemic so I don't know how much this has increased prices. The stacked website has been very easy to use
