It will be great if the repackaging option done faster. It is took about 24hrs. But still! Im in love with all of my experiences
In first place stackry asked me to pay 194 $ for shipment due to dimension fees ( they put my PC in larger box charge me according to it) and asked me to pay for dimension which was 22 lbs, comparing to the actual weigh 9lbs! If i didn't notice the big difference in shipping cost, (extremely high!) and ask the customer service Essa (who was very supported), to check the find the mistake that will cost me alot of money for shipping!. I have experience in shipping and i know the shipment fees globally, that's help me to recognize that there is mistake. This mistake cost me 5$ repackaging fees + 92 $ after repackaging (after correction). (194 -97 = 87 $ difference)
I not happy nor satisfy with this experience and asked for compensation, otherwise it will be my last shipment with Stakry

بعد قيامي بوضع المبلغ المطلوب تم رفض بطاقتي و ايضا البي بال و لم يقيل الا عندما قمت باضافة حماية على الشحنات انا مستاء من الخدمة في الموقع بعدما كنت متحمس للاستمرار بالطلب من الموقع خاب ظني للاسف دفعت الكثير من الأموال ولم يتم توفير اي مبالغ
Great experience, but I didn't realise that there would be a few other fees such as standard shipping not being available for things that have lithium batteries, this is not made clear anywhere on your website.
Also what's not made clear is the fact that one would pay for the country of destination's VAT/GST fees.

I was told to wait 6hours to see if fed ex was an option - waited, nothing happened, spoke o a different advisor who did it right away

There was a mistake made by Organize 365 in shipping, resulting in me receiving two, instead of only one, packages. Organize 365 contacted Stackry directly and it was sorted out on my behalf. Friendly and efficient. Thank you for the good service.

Currently, low cost postage is $15, next available service is $45 with tracking, could do with another mail carrier in the $25 range with tracking ability.
I didn't know this service existed until a few days ago. It's such a great service for items from businesses that won't ship to Canada.
