The shipping address was wrong. I sent two emails asking how to edit the address and received only an FAQ reply on how to add a new address to my account. Finally I called, which incurred long distance charges and it was quite easy to make the correction by phone. Question: Why could I not do that myself. You should have a way to edit incorrect information online.
Another issue is with your insurance coverage. If I get insurance will the cover shipping costs as well as the declared value of items? I found your description ambiguous.

This was a test for myself, to compare cost. If I sent this through Amazon directly, the cost would have been half of the cheapest option Stackry gave and it would be here quicker.
In adequate protective packaging in my last order led to damaged items.
I paid $5 to have pictures taken of my my recent package. This was incorrect and they photographed entirely the wrong item yet I was still charged.

Initially the consolidation was done wrong, had to call to get it amended, then when it was done for the second time, its still not done properly. I am being charged twice for consolidation. Currently fed up and just going through with it anyway but this will be the last time I use Stackry. The shipping costs for a small and light backpack is $50 which is purely comical.
