Well shipping was far more than I had expected- when I received information about your services from a friend she order from the very same department store as I and her shipping was only $18 as opposed to my $42. I then called to confirm this and the representative said they can repack my item and I would save anywhere from $12-18 (better than nothing) but then it took 4 days to repack my item and cost me $5, only for the shipping cost to stay the same and infavt costing me an extra $1 and loss of 4 days shipping. Not the greatest first experience.
I like that you response super quick i never see other website fast like this i tried around 10 other company. The only 1 issue that is expensive i pay double MYUS price or more then double for Fedex, if the prices still high like this i don't thin i will ever order to this company again and not suggest it to anyone.

Very good service to consolidate all the items and ship to your country. Highly Recommended. I hope in future, they would provide some discount for customers who love using stackry to bring stuff from usa or worldwide to home country.
It has become increasingly difficult to get a reply by email and even when I wake up or stay up there is no answer on the phone. I have now sent 2 packages and have 2 books only that will have to be sent separately. There is no itemisation of fees and it seems I have been charged $166 for storage. This is because some items were from the last shipment and with Covid other shave taken MONTHS to get here. I had to send the packages as I will be travelling and if they don't arrive no one will be here to collect them. This last part not a good experience, although previously I was happy with Stackry, other than the difficultlies in filling out the information as teh site is a bit cumbersome.
Site can be confusing and mess up, but customer service always resolves it.
