The repackaging service is great but it is very expensive still to shop to NZ. I wouldn't recommend shipping 1 item to NZ. I have done a previous order for 3 items and it was pretty cost effective. When stores don't ship to your country though there aren't a lot of other options
I like stackry which is really helpful bringing stuff from the US however shipment cost is high

الاسعار مرتفعه جدا جدا جدا كما ان هناك تاخير في تغليف الطلب ايضاً تم جمع الشحنه في كرتونين وانا لم اطلب هذا وادى الى ارتفاع كبير بالشحن وهذه اخر مره استعمل الشحن عن طريقكم ولن انصح في التعامل معكم فهناك كثير من الشركات لا تاخذ حتى على التجميع اي مبلغ وسريعين جداً في التغليف والتوصيل كما ان اسعارهم ارخص على سبيل المثال فيشز فاست

The weight of the packages does not seem right since the heaviest things in the shipment are just 4 tubs of powder and a ceramic mug, i don't think that adds up to 10lbs
I had to pay 2 shipping fees? One from when i ordered the product and another $40 fee for Aramex? I paid it because i don't have any other choice but im definitely not using this service again omg i have a hole in my wallet

Took too long to consolidate. I've got "fresh" items that have been sitting an extra 2 days since I started this shipment.
Also, you folks NEED to clean up how you deal with Walmart (and possibly other local vendors who deliver to you). Although it's great that local stores - Walmart in this case - can deliver to you, how it's handled is problematic.
Maybe add some kind of "premiium" or "express" consolidation service for an additional cost.
I REALLY prefer DHL, but they weren't an option this time for some reason. I've even paid more for them in the past. What's up with DHL?
I've used you guys a lot when I lived in the UAE & will need a service like this now that I live in the UK. I'll do it again, but if it's as messy as this time, next time, I may go back to MyUS who I used before I found you.

حيث اني دفعت مبلغ وقدره٢٤ دولار لتوصيل الغرض من خلال ارامكس
وعنده وصوله اليه طلبت مني شركة ارامكس دفع مبلغ اخر وقدره ٤٧ دولار
لكي استلم الغرض
والى الان لا اعرف المبلغ هذا لماذا؟؟؟ علما انه غير موضح كذلك في قايمه الموقع لديكم او لدى ارامكس تفاصيل المبلغ هذا
المبلغ المدفوع للشحن يعتبر كبير
٢٤ بالاضافه الى ٤٧ دولار
هذا يعتبر غش ولاتوجد مصادقيه في موقعكم كونه انه غير موضح
ويتفاجى الزبون بالمبلغ المطلوب دفعه عند وصول الغرض اليه
Usually use USPS service from this seller $5 cost for the envelope But service suspended because of covid at the moment was advised to use your service Took 18 days to reach you and now costing $ 45 to send envelope to me robbery
