Would love to know how 1) eBay can send the same item without a hazmat surcharche, 2) how you guys can't remove the battery when it is easily removeable
I had to pay way over the odds for delivery of a keyboard with 2 AAA batteries which they were adamant fell into hazmat category (this despite the US regulations allowing it and eBay only charging ~$15 for the delivery of the same keyboard. I asked for the batteries to be removed, as they offered to do so and I was then told "We are very sorry. Unfortunately the batteries are not removable". When it arrived I found that it was extremely easy to remove the batteries (I had already send them a YouTube clip showing how, despite it being ridiculously obvious). I suppose they get a nice % for excessive delivery costs. My advice is to avoid at all costs, I really despise being lied to and overcharged

So far the process was very good and also was the custumers support service via mail, very fast and the website itself helped me a lot with its instruction windows that poped up, very helpful the first time.
My only complaint is that your website says you use DHL as a courier option but when I checkout it doesn"t give me DHL as an option and they're my prefered choice.
Your site shows it uses DHL as a shipping option but DHL was not available as an option during checkout. Also there was no additional information section for any special instructions like 'please send with invoice for Customs purposes." Also why is the USPS option so high for just shippung from USA to Bermuda?

Acording to Stackry, car shocks and dampers are hazardous materials and they need an extra fee
($8 hazardous manipulation fee) to handle it.
I didn't know car dampers\shocks were dangerous items (and I don't think it is), maybe there is plutonium or cesium 137 inside shocks.
So never use Stacky to ship your shocks.
A lot of unexpected charges. You advertise your services as saving the customer money, but in the end, with the shipping and the surcharges for every little thing, I don't think it's worth it.
Good experience; filling out customs information was a hassle.

ان تكلفة الشحن يتم حسابها بناء على أبعاد ووزن الشحنة, حيثث يتم حساب الوزن الحجمي للشحنة ومن ثم مقارنته مع الوزن الحقيقي ( الوزن الحجمي يتم حسابه من خلال ضرب ابعاد الشحنة مع بعضها ومن ثم تقسيمها على معامل الشحن 166)
ويتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بناء على القيمة الاكبر, لان هذه الطريقة هي التي يتم محاسبتنا بها من قبل شراكائنا في شركات الشحن
ونحن نحاول ابقاء اسعارنا اقل مايمكن يما يتناسب مع نوعية الخدمة التي نقدمها,
