لنفس الطلب قبل اسبوع شحنت نفس المنتج مع دي اتش ال ب٤٨ دولار وحاليا تم الشحن مع ارامكس ب٥٠ دولار حيث ان سعر شحن دي اتش ال يصل الى ٧٠ دولار. وتم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء في تويتر وارفاق صورة من الوزن ولكن لا يوجد اي رد

Shipping prices have gone up which isn't the greatest but the service is still good.
First time using a forwarding service so was a little nervous at first when waiting for pre ordered item. Staff emailed me promptly with any questions I had and then waited nervously to see if my packaged goods would arrive OK. No need to be nervous all was good and look forward to using this service again in the future when wanting goods from the US. Thanks
I like the service but am disappointed that my only real shipping option is FedEx... apparently for Stackry (only) DHL has a maximum declared value of $20 for shipping to Bermuda which I've never heard in all my years of shipping from the U.S. to Bermuda. I will sadly be moving back to MyUs as DHL is always an option for shipping. FexEx is great for getting the package TO Bermuda but they fall short on the timely clearing of the packages so I'm paying for express but get my package a week to 2 weeks later which is a rip off!

Yes, what you've explained here is correct, and I see you spoke with one of our customer support representatives about this where that information was shared. Each country that Stackry ships to has its own unique shipment limitations, be it a shipment's declared value, size, weight, etc., which can then vary from carrier to carrier based on our agreements with our partners. In the case of DHL to Bermuda, the same types of limits are present for some other island countries that Stackry ships to as well. I recognize and am sorry for the inconvenience that causes, and we respect your decision and right to ship and do business with who fits your needs best. It's a constant process as far as working to improve and evolve the agreements we have with our partners, in an effort to grow our offerings on a per country basis, so in time it's entirely possible that this limitation could change for the better.
