Shipping options aren't the greatest making the service still an okay option but 45 USD shipping to Canada for a small bottle of cologne--Would use again as it is quite efficient but $$$$

2. Lack of opportunity to include additional delivery instructions during process (specifically, we live in a remote area and prefer to include details on what to do if they have delivery problems)

Thanks for the honest review. We are so sorry that you were not happy with the pricing. The carriers that Stackry uses charge based on dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Because of this, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment.
We do have processes in place to help lower dimensional weight, such as a repack ($5) or consolidation ($2 per package). This is how our customers save the most money.
Compared to our competitors, we have no membership or receiving fees, free 45 day storage, and 0% US sales tax when you purchase items to be delivered to your locker).

My package delivered and there is missing items and after checking with customer service he told the second package Was there coming in wrong locker so now I have to get my second package and pay again for shipping very bad website
