From the ordering to the delivery this was a great experience. They even follow up with an email to make sure the dress fit and my opinion. They make the dress to fit your measurements which is great, not too many companies do that.
The whole process from buying, customizing, and receiving the dress was so easy. Even reaching out to see where the dress was in the process as I ordered a customized size of the dress was quick and easy. When the dress came it fit perfect and she had a great prom in the dress! Will be ordering from stacees again!

I ordered a standard size dress and want to return due to quality and generally poor construction but they're refusing to do so and offering a partial refund. Originally $40 on a $140 dress. That's absurd. Don't buy from them. I have such strong regrets

They kept us up-to-date continuously on the status of the dress delivery. When the dress came, it was perfectly preserved and stored! There were absolutely no wrinkles. It was even more stunning in person! I would definitely recommend ordering address from them! The cost of the dress is hard to imagine considering how absolutely gorgeous this dress was! The dress was beautiful and had a lot of detail. They also emailed me personally for how I wanted my measurements. Though, the dress was hemmed a few inches too short. We were able to work with it though!

I ordered a custom fit dress for my daughter. It was delivered in the timeframe they said it would be. The dress color was just as beautiful as what the site shows. I had to get it altered because the dress itself was fine but the shoulder straps were way too long. I also had to have it pressed because it arrived in a vacuum sealed plastic bag so the tulle was very crunched up. There were a few snags and some string loops in the seams, but nothing I couldn't hide or fix myself. Overall, it was lovely. I'd order from here again.
