Horrible Company, life is too short to buy and deal with them. Horrible experience Buyer Beware. They will fight you tooth and nail about any return or false representation of dress. They of course locked their Company reviews after they gave themselves 4.8 stars. If they open that it would change dramatically. Beware of any Company that locks their reviews.

It was the best! Many lovely gowns to choose from, however I found the most stunning dress for me! Love love love!
Canceled a dress 5 mins after accidentally placing the order ($245.00) through customer serv. Chat and they said they would refund my money in full. Five days later I've gotten two emails from them asking if my order details are correct (they're trying to make me a custom dress when I ordered a reg. Size, not a customer order.) I keep emailing them trying to get a confirmation that they've canceled my order. No response from them other than that. I'm livid.

Love the custom option and my daughter purchased for prom. Quality was great and reasonably priced. For $30 more you can have custom fit!

Very fast in creating and shipping. Very courteous and nice in responding to all emails and after receiving merchandise.
The ivory colored dress I ordered came in with some type of green dye stain on the back of the dress. My daughter needed it for a upcoming dance so I took it to a seamstress to attempt to cut that piece of the material off but then it was too short. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to remake a replacement dress and shipped it out quickly. The dress itself is super cute and different than in stores. My daughter doesn't reuse dresses after one use so I can't speak for how it holds up after one use but I do recommend and will buy again.
