After ordering online I was a little skeptical since the dress was being made overseas. I had already ordered something from another companies website and it was never delivered.
Within an hour of ordering the dress I received an email from their customer service department confirming my order, asking for specific measurements to ensure proper fit and asking for the specific date I needed the dress. I was pleasantly surprised there was an actual human who cared and was going to make sure I received my order time. The order arrived with plenty of time to have the dress steamed at my local drycleaner before the day I needed to wear it. Very happy customer.
The package was delivered in 12 days when it promotes 48 hours and you pay 20 dollars for a delivery fee.

I loved this dress, but it arrived over a week after the expected due date. I ordered it back at the beginning of February, with an expected arrival time between March 4-8. It didn't get here until the 18th of March. Other than that, the dress was so pretty and fit perfectly.

Stacees customer service is THE BEST there is! I had an issue with an order (dresses were perfect) and they responded quickly and so fairly to make things right.
