This is just a great service. First, these are real SSL 2048-bit certificates. The process for creating a certificate couldn't be easier: you don't even have to create a certificate signing request (CSR), the SSLs web site does it for you (unless you want to upload your own CSR). Then you have to verify that you have possession of the domain name by either receiving an email or installing a special file on the server that SSLs can pick up. Once these steps are successfully completed, you are sent your certificate. The whole process takes under 15 minutes. The certificates work great and the prices don't make you think twice about using SSL for all of your web sites.
Product is what I expect for price paid (or better). Process for installing cert was confusing. I finally figured it out but better documentation would help a lot. Overall, it's a good product at a good price, and hopefully if I do it again, I'll remember the steps.
I find the service easy to use and affordable. If your hosting provider doesn't provide SSL it's very easy to get a certificate and install it.
