Excellent - easy to navigate
Overall it was a great experience. I am rather inexperienced in this realm so my path was a bit difficult to navigate. For someone with even less exposure than myself, it would have probably been impossible for them to figure it all out without a lot of support.
There were a couple of things that could have been explained a bit better such as redirects, and also what might cause the url to still show up as 'not secure'.
It was a great learning experience for me and I truly appreciate the help and feedback from all the customer service reps.

A little difficult to implement the CSR and final certificate but overall, well worth the effort.

The price is great and the purchase process is really simple. Configuring SSL is a pain, but SSLS provides decently guided process with several possibilities, which does make it less painful, though it took me a few tries to get it right the first time around. Nest time it was even easier.

Great prices and easy site to move around
Simple process, easy transaction. Pro tip: Check with your hosting company prior to making the purchase in case you need support. This is where a good hosting company is worth a little extra $.
The call back procedure didn't work. It didn't recognise that I had pressed 1 on my phone to receive the confirmation code. This then mean't I had to go down the manual verification route which although quick (2 hours) was longer than the automated process.
I have no clue what I'm doing but I'm sure it'll turn out just fine. This is my second time through, pretty sure I've bought the right product now. It was my lack of knowledge that let me mislead myself on the first purchase. Thankfully SSLs has a generous refund policy!
How to setup an automatic renew payment every year?
Wow, this was quick and cheap. Not even worth bothering with Let's Encrypt! Setup. ;)

All good with the renewal - I shopped around and found far better prices but didn't have the resources or time to take a chance by switching vendors.
The shopping experience with SSLs has been very smooth. I was actually in over my head with this and the 1st purchase wasn't the right product for my needs. I thought it was going to be a big hassle and involve days of waiting to get a refund. Instead the process was completed immediately with 100% of my money put into my 'funds' on my SSLs account. I also had the choice to deliver the refund back to the original Paypal account.
My 2nd purchase was the correct product and I'm happy to say that after a short learning curve(kinda steep!) I have now got 4 of the 12 SSLs installed and working as they should. I'll have the rest installed today. Many many thanks to the support desk for their professional and courteous manner that my bumbling efforts were resolved.
I 100% recommend SSLs as a great place to do business.
