Second time I've used SSLs.com, just as easy the second time.
Worst SSL purchase experience EVER! Do not purchase from them. My SSL cert was arbitrarily canceled due to 'risk assessment issues'. I spent hours trying to resolve whatever the issue was to no avail. There is no contact phone to reach this company. Calls to the parent company namescheap inc went unanswered. Online chat took almost an hour before they admitted 'risk management issues'. Online tickets submitted are still unanswered. Here's the biggie - they canceled my SSL cert without ever notifying me or requesting additional info. They just canceled it and said nothing! I would have provided any info requested to confirm the cert. I am an IT engineer who has purchased hundreds of SSL certs. This was the worst experience ever. I have filed complaints with BBB, FTC, Visa, Their parent company NamesCheap Inc, and Comodo - the cert provider. I purchased elsewhere and was back up and running in 10 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Love ssls.com affordable, quick, and very easy to use
Everything was fine, with a small exception. The email I used contained a "+", which is perfectly valid. The system will fail because of it, and it will not allow me to reset it until I contacted customer service. The solution is simple: implement regular expressions to allow plus aliases email addresses (for example, john+*******@example.com), which are perfectly valid.
