Easy and friendly
After selecting Paypal as Checkout there is no user response if you clicked the button. Some kind of notification ( hover, highlight,...) would have been cool =).

I had some trouble figuring out whether this particular certificate (PositiveSSL) would cover both www.abc.dk and abc.dk, but a live chat solved it. Very friendly chat:)
I was also confused when I was about to active the certificate, as the wording of the info text suggested that my certificate might in some way be locked to the IP of the current server. I'm not sure if that's the case with an EV certificate or one of the other types, but for my PositiveSSL certificate, your customer support correctly informed me that this was not the case.
It'd be helpful if those two points were more clear.

10 minutes after my order, my certificate was installed in the server and my website responding to https with a nice lock in the URL bar. The whole shopping experience was easy and straightforward. Certificate generation options and fields were well presented with hints that make them easy to use. I paid 90% than the market price for my certificate. I wouldn't buy elsewhere.
I get a Paypal Errror, but only in your website. I shop today in others sites and my paypal account work.
