The new interface is awful, not very intuitive at all. Plus it is more like from kids online games rather than business like website. I liked the older website and did not see a reason for a change.

Be more clear on the pricing on the home page. I thought I'd pay $4.99 for a certificate it's only later on that I came to realize that the price was for 3 years.
