My experience with SSLs.com is always excellent but there is always a problem when checking with https://www.sslchecker.com/sslchecker that the root 1 certificate is missing. I tried to install the missing certificate and crashed my server this time. CPanel Support says that Contacting Comodo should certainly allow you to gain this bundle, as it doesn't appear to be the one actually provided at https://www.sslchecker.com/sslchecker. But I contacted Comodo and their response is to not use SSLChecker to check. Not happy with that response since this is an ongoing problem but what can you do!
