Straight forward system. Used before and it does have the right checks in place to make sure that the purchased certificate is applied in the right way.
The Survey from Shopper Approved after my business with SSLs.com was finished requires some work though. Their Survey asked whether I had received "my order" but I ordered 2 certificates, so to which order does this survey apply? It neglects being specific to the actual order concerned. Needs to be remedied. (As it stands the survey letter borders on being considered a spam/scam email as there is insufficient content to prove they knew enough about my business to have the right to ask. Too generic.)

I had a little self learning to do to get it the cert all sorted out on my end but that was on my end. The only thing I can think of that might be better my interaction with your site would be to have a way to tell you what kind of cert format I want to deal with. For example you had mailed me the cert in pkcs7 format but I really needed pkcs12, but I was able to get all of that sorted out after some google foo.

I know at one point you asked what system I was deploying to and that might have been a format choice there but it was unclear what format I would get at that time. Though to be honest I was deploying this to a Azure Worker Role and there was no option for that (nor should there be because that would require me to send you my private key).
