There is a need for better help/kb pages. I've got my SSL package but following the available instructions did not help since, apparently, the private key is not in the package. I've spent significant amount of time trying to solve the SSL cert disappearing from IIS. Good product from Comodo. Price are little lower but need to switch between reseler (SSLs) and furnisher (Comodo) interfaces.
