When I was having issues receving my certificate shortly after it's purchase, support was on it almost immediately and got my certificate to me within the hour. It was perfect and effortless. Thanks so much!

Wildcard is still expensive. Make it cheaper please.
The only issue I had was thinking the site was not responding. The main screen was filled with a promotion and the options were changing off the bottom of the screen.

Easy, well documented process.
The download verification file didn't work because the site only loaded with https and your servers didn't understand that.
This required a support chat to get resolved and added 20+ minutes to my install time. The chat, however, was good.
Also, the bundle's ".crt" file was empty and I had to manually convert the.p7b file to.crt to work with Apache.
Finally, the bundle did *not* include the certificate chain - I had to find and download that separately.
Instead of a 15 minute job, it took over 1 hour.
