The domain control validation process is more complicated than I expected. Creating a folder named '.well-known" cannot be done directly in IIS. Better teach people how to do that in IIS.
It is my first experience purchasing a SSL certificate so there were lots of 'unknown' and uncertainties but SSLs has make it easier than I anticipated. I would definitely come back for my future needs. Thanks.

I received my certificate bundle from Comodo within 20 minutes. I did have some questions for Comodo, and they were very helpful. The email I received from Comodo included a link for a free email certificate as well, which is another thing I was interested in. So for under $15, I have 3 years on my website, and 1 year on email. My web host charges $100 for three years just on the site. What a difference! And just a year ago, this would have cost nearly $1000. It was way out of my reach. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
