They do not make the reufund if something happens. In my case order number ******* they said that refund would make in 14 days. It passed 15 days and now says that will be made as soon as possible. They are not a physical store. It is dropshipping.

After ordering a hood, it took 1 month before it was being shipped. They choose the shipper and not me! The part came to Holland but was returned because the size was to big and was not allowed by the transporting company. Finally after 2,5 months the part arrived. I found out the hood was bended and cracked. Sent all the pictures and after half a year I was told it was rejected. During all the discussions it was me as a customer who had to prove I did not bend it myself! In all the mails I was pointed out as being wrong. Please take my advise and skip this company. I already also worked with xdalys and RRR. This works 1000% better and faster and proper communications.

AVOID! AVOiD! The worst customer service experience my life. They sent me a faulty part - I notified after 16 days and they will not refund / replace or repair quoting sone nonsense 14 day rule.
EU law states 1 year even for used parts.
No resolution
They are a disgrace

Fraud company. Sells fully damaged and defect parts, incomplete orders. Replies to an e-mail providing the photos "good luck with your claim". Won't refund, frauds their clients. Don't BUY here, you are warned!
