If you are not seeing information on our site, then that means that the data you are looking for is not publicly available. So, even if you are positive that something occurred, it’s not guaranteed that the information has been digitally archived correctly by the court system or governing agency so it’s possible that your data is not yet available. You have incorrect information listed about myself and my wife.
Our home was NOT foreclosed; the bank turned down the amount offered to buy it from us and then they sold it for less. We threatened to sue them for predatory lending and they left us alone, never reported foreclosure on our credit. We have since learned our lesson about predatory lenders and bought a house through a legitimate lender. A judgment against my wife, Stacy Kernell is false, the amount of $108 was in fact paid at the utility office but wasn't recorded before it went to collections and it was resolved, however it shows in your report otherwise. Please remove these two items from your website in our reports. My DUI charge from 1992 is nearly 30 years old and that's not who I am today. My wife is being stalked and harassed and bullied by her ex over these things. Please remove them.
