You lose all privileges when you cancel your subscription so don't do that till the last minute, and they will not return them.

The only thing I found out was that the area code matches the one in my area and some surrounding areas. This was NOT new information to me at all. I still do not know who the phone number belongs to nor am I any closer to finding out anything NEW. Waste of time & money! Gave me useless demographic info about my area and the "likely phone location" which must be approximate, not precise! Shoot, give ME the money and I can tell you the exact information I was given without Googling it. I want my money refunded and for this company to die a fast but painful & shameful death! It's not the money that bothers me. It's the principal that I did not get anything I expected when I input my card information! I did not receive a single piece of useful information. I got useless demographic information, which was not what I paid for! I will be disputing this charge and never using this excuse of a "company" ever again!

Spokeo is very unfriendly in terms of use. Extremely hard to find who your looking for without already having almost all of the information already. It's not at all helpful and VERY overpriced for the lack of information. Will NOT EVER use it again, such a waste of money and time!

False Advertising - NOT free NOR provides

Paid for one search with one phone number to find out what this contact's name is. The free trial doesn't include this first report. Now that I paid for it, the only useful information I was given from the paid search... Was a located city. I still do NOT KNOW the name, not the preferred inclusion of public records or address. I believed I was wronged. I want my 95 cents back, but that's a small price to pay for preventing others from making the same mistake. Hopefully this testimonial is viewable. If not, I'll find someone somewhere to hear my completely truthful testimonial of my totally dissatisfied experience here.

Unless your rich I wouldn't use this site

I paid for a 7 day and was supposed to be free but. 95 so I paid then when I typed a name and address it said it couldn't find that person after searching for what seemed hours finally found them and wanted the full report phone social media address the things that they state come with a membership so when I clicked to open report it said it was 19.95 to access it so again I paid and to my disbelief the only thing I got was a liens and judgement report and to get phone numbers I would have to again pay and address I would have to again pay I was so angry I immediately sent an email explaining my issue and asked for the info that I was supposed to get with my membership and sent a screenshot of their ad or I wanted a complete refund and surprising within 24 hrs I recived an email stating they had refunded my 19.95 and the tax as well as my. 95 so prompt customer service and refund is the only good thing I have to say for this company

These search sites get low ratings because people using them are usually upset and often trying to get info on scammers. I have used most of them and they can be pushy, misleading and have worthless info. I can tell when I search for myself how accurate they are and they are often way off, specifically on people associated with me. Spokeo is more user-friendly, gives you a one-report low price so you're not stuck in an endless renewal. How many of us need months of access to billion-people data bases? I have done reverse number searches where the site "fakes" going through all these data bases with the graphics very impressive and then you get the report and it's empty. Spokeo keeps the BS to a minimum and delivers a fairly thorough (if sometimes outdated) report to get me started.

None of the phone #'s or emails (old & new) are correct.

If you make a purchase, they automatically set you up for monthly withdrawals which I never wanted. When I contacted customer service, they did not refund the whole amount only a small portion. I called the same day the deduction was taken, so I didn't use any points etc. so they should have refunded all my money. BE CAREFUL when making any purchase. SAD. Really like the game but really upset.

Spokeo has been ridiculously user-friendly (I'm not tech-savvy what-so-ever), quick, efficient, up-to-date and extremely thorough, but not with a bunch of details no one will ever need. I've left the other sites that do the same thing Spokeo does for several reasons. To me, the amount of time it takes to download the information I'd request was obnoxious. I don't have all day to wait on the same info Spokeo gives me in the blink of any eye. A+

I've been with spokeo for over 2 years, because they truly have they on point information. There's no hoops to jump, nor so they haven crazy made up categories to decipher, spokeo's website is very easy to navigate, just click on the the information found to know more, I'll say it again, "The most accurate data out there, no other site comes close when searching from 100's of websites and/or social networks, not to mention, they also look into photos/video profiles, address, family, relatives etc. etc. Provide a few details, and they get to work, they gathers information from public sources, so not everything will be on point, but again I feel they are the better choice, I say that because I've tried them all, nearly. Lol

Misleading and False Advertising
July 9, 2022

Before paying the $15.00 fee to review the results of an inquiry of the owner of an email address, Spokeo mislead me to believe that there was pertinent information, matches and "hits." After paying, zero results were found. False advertising! This company should be sued.

Misleading to sell
July 6, 2022

Before we pay, they said that they found the name, address, etc., of the phone number that I requested info for... when I got the "report", only the city from were it is registered showed up!... what'a hell?... we knew that just by searching (for free) the area code!... DO NOT PAY FOR THIS 'BS' is a total fraud... now, wish me luck getting my money back!: (
