They charge the fee and provide zero information. They couldn't track down the owner of a phone number even with city and state provided. Don't waste your time on this con job.

I purchased a one-time report with good info and a fair price. Unbeknownst to me, that purchase turned into a subscription. I only found out about the subscription when looking at my credit card bill.
