Been with Splash for about 2 years and I thoroughly enjoy the wines. Of the many brands and varieties (over 100) I have tasted, I was not happy with 3 of them. Customer Service immediately credited me for those bottles has never sent it again. Customer Service reps Cameron and Hunter are polite, professional. And efficient whether I speak to them over the phone or use the online chat feature. I am a Sauvignon Blanc fan and am also quickly becoming an Unoaked Chardonnay fan as well. I have brought my wines to Charity "Wine Pull" fundraisers, BYOB restuarants, Holiday parties, and dinner out with friends. To be fair, I am not a Chateau Lafite Rothschild wine connoisseur, but I enjoy white wines that are typically in the $15-50 range and Splash Wines delivers what I want and right to my doorstep.

I first tried Splash Wines just before Covid hit. The idea of wines being delivered 15 bottles at a time really appealed to me then. It still does and the deals at Splash only get better. You can get inexpensive excellent wines that are offered regularly, free shipping by becoming a member (which is painless) and you can choose full cases of white, red or mixed. Even beautiful rose wines were readily available all summer! I'm glad I took a look at that first email I received from Splash and always, always check each new one out. You can even step up the quality with a purchase of a curated case. There's always a listing of the specific wines that are included prior to making your purchase. I have told many, many friends about Splash and will continue to do so. I had a small problem once and the Customer Service was outstanding. Give it a try!

I've been buying from Splash Wines for a couple of years. I've purchased wine from numerous other online wine services, and Splash is by far the best. The wines are always of good quality and the prices are tough to beat. For those who may have had a bad experience, COVID orders overwhelmed them for a while, but they communicated throughout and were quick to climb on top of it. My last several orders have been delivered promptly and all have been great. I like Splash so much that I have stopped using other online wine sites and almost never buy wine in the store.

We have ordered from Splash Wines several times, sometimes using a Groupon and other times directly from their website. We have enjoyed every bottle received so far and have never received a bottle of wine that we thought was substandard. During the early days of the pandemic their deliveries took a little longer but they are now processing and delivering orders quickly. Also, the wine is well packed and we have never had a bottle broken in shipment. And finally, for the quality of the wine, it is very reasonably priced. We will keep ordering from Splash!

I first tried Splash Wines in 2018 through a Groupon - it looks like they had lots of great reviews and there were no hidden shipping fees in the Groupon. My shipment came quickly and I loved every bottle!

I loved the wines they offered and I kept ordering, and I also appreciated how I could redirect my UPS packages to UPS outlets and Walgreens to pick up if I wasn't going to be home to sign for the package. In addition, they ship promptly (normally within just one to three days of ordering) and the wine is always well packaged.

After I ordered a couple of shipments I started to look seriously at their memberships. You don't have to be a member to get their lowest pricing. I took the leap and bought a lifetime (Founders) membership. All of their memberships guarantee free shipping, you get free Splash Cash ("wine cash back") on every order, and upper level memberships include a free premium bottle of wine or a Splash Cash bonus every year. It was a no brainer to sign up! Also, once you become a member you get to be called a "Wino." LOVE IT!

I think the thing that I love most about Splash Wines is that if you don't love a bottle all you have to do is email them and they will make it right. I can't do that when I buy wine in a brick and mortar store!

They tend to email about sales, special curated cases, promos and new offerings one to three times a week. That works well for me, and whether I am looking for a sale or heading to the website to find a specific offering I can always find what I need. Their promos vary from curated wine cases from specific regions and countries, fun offerings like boxes and cans, and seasonal cases. You can also make your own case if you have a couple of varieties or a specific bottle or vintage you just love.

Try them out. Take the leap. You literally have nothing to lose, and ordering cases is just so convenient. I love their wine and plan on being a lifetime customer.

We are continually impressed with Splash Wines. The wine is good, and with a few exceptions we have enjoyed all the wine. When we did not enjoy a bottle, Splash has made it right. We always enjoy the special offers, and the curated cases are very well thought out.
